01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the l899 platform — including the website at https://l899.pro, the l899 mobile app, or any related service — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using l899 immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To open and use an l899 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Each person is permitted to hold one l899 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and any linked mobile number — secure and confidential. l899 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details.

You must notify l899 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. l899 may take steps to secure your account while an investigation is conducted, which may include temporarily restricting withdrawals.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

l899 processes all deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account number used to make the original deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. l899 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Deposits are credited to your l899 account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• l899 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside l899's control.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on l899 are final once confirmed. l899 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been submitted, except in cases where a technical error on l899's part has resulted in an incorrect bet being recorded.

l899 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that was cancelled or abandoned before completion.
• The odds displayed at the time of the bet were the result of a technical error and were materially different from the correct market odds.
• There is evidence that the outcome of the event was known to the player at the time the bet was placed.
• The bet was placed in violation of these terms or any specific game rules published on the l899 platform.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of l899's trading team is final. l899 maintains complete records of all bets placed on the platform and these records will be used as the definitive reference in any dispute.

07 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

10 Account Suspension and Closure

• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to l899, other players, or third parties.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting l899 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all verification requirements have been met.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, l899 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.
